摘要
Underwater grouting is a crucial method for repairing and strengthening hydraulic structures. Compared to cement grouting materials, polymer grouting materials offer advantages such as low viscosity, outstanding irrigability, expeditious solidification rate and excellent elasticity. Therefore, they have obvious advantages in the quick and effective repair of narrow cracks and active cracks. However, the common polymer grouting materials used for underwater grouting show inadequacies which contain poor mechanical properties, low adhesive strength, poor durability and high cost. Herein, the difficulties of underwater grouting were analyzed combining polymer grouting materials and modification strategies of underwater grouting materials were summarized from three aspects: resin main agent, curing agent and auxiliary agent. Finally, the future development directions of underwater grouting materials were discussed, which pointed out that the future underwater grouting materials should be green and self-healing functionalization to better adapt to the complex underwater environment. © 2024 Sichuan University.
