QUEUEING MODELS OF AN INTERACTIVE COMPUTER SERVICE SYSTEM.

摘要：
Two queueing models of an interactive computer service system are studied. These models are characterized by: 1) The customer's thinking process is taken into consideration. 2) A single server has a walking process and a service process. 3) The customer's arrival is regarded as a Poisson process. 4) The thinking time, the walking time and the service time are exponentially distributed. The results show that the thinking process effects greatly the system behavior.
