摘要：
The method of maximum likelihood estimation and sequential design for determining parameters of multiresponse ODE'S is discussed. By using this method two advantages are included - the reduction of experiments and the improvement of the precision of estimation. A kinetic model is given as an example for depicting the application and the effectiveness of this method.
