Combined error calibration technique with experiment for frequency-space spectrum estimation

摘要
The mechanism of the performance degradation for space-frequency spectrum estimation due to channel mismatching and sensor coupling was analyzed. A new comprehensive calibration method that can compensate channel mismatching and sensor coupling was proposed. This method improves the calibration precision greatly. It is applied to estimate directions and frequencies simultaneously. An important conclusion that these influential factors would not affect frequency estimation was drawn. This method is easy to be implemented and the results of acoustic experiments in anechoic room show that this method is effective.
