摘要
The time averaged solution to the Einstein-Fokker equation is investigated for random nonuniform media assuming sinusoidal diurnal variations in the parameters of the medium. It is shown that the distribution of the random refraction angle in this case has a bimodal structure and is asymmetric. The parameters that determine the shape of the distribution are determined.
