摘要
A method is presented for calculating the dynamic characteristics of machine-tool load-carrying structures (frames), treating them as elastic systems with distributed parameters. Energy dissipation is calculated for each element. Frequency response is produced without prior knowledge of natural frequencies or vibration modes.
