The gain of mechanical properties of a concrete with time was investigated. Standard cylinder compression tests, splitting tensile tests, and pullout bond tests were made on specimens cured at 22. 8 C, 12. 8 C, and 1. 7 C. Tests were carried out at the age of 1, 2, 3, 5, 7, 14, 28, and 42 days after casting the concrete. Statistical analyses were made to examine the possibility of using maturity of concrete as a parameter to correlate test results of concrete cured at different temperatures. Rate of gain of the splitting tensile strength, pullout bond strength, and elastic modulus were compared with that of compressive strength.
