摘要
An analytical method, in which nonlinear drag forces are introduced by a quasi-linearization, is presented for the estimation of the motions and the mooring forces of an axisymmetric floating body. The model experiments of a discus buoy are carried out to confirm the validity of the present analytical method. Then its application to the estimation of the wave-induced motions and the mooring line tensions of a spherical buoy is described.
