摘要：
The temperature dependence of the static and the high-frequency permittivities of some saturated fatty acids of the series C//n H//2 //n O//2 in the liquid phase is reported. From such data, information on the associating behavior and on the structure of the liquids is deduced in the light of the Kirkwood-Froehlich theory for polar fluids. The dependence of association on the number of carbon atoms in the molecule of each acid is then discussed.
