摘要
A sinusoidal high-frequency oscillator is described whose output frequency can be varied continuously and in steps from 2 to 20 MHz with a short-term frequency stability of about 10** minus **6. The frequency is either directly or inversely proportional to a control voltage with a conversion nonlinearity of plus or minus 0. 5% and a frequency switching time less than 5 msec.
