Interaction of the radiation of a TEA CO2 laser with matter is accompanied by the formation of a pulse plasma jet with non-uniform energy parameters. The interaction of the plasma jet with the surface leads to deposition of a film, evaporation of part of the layer sprayed by the previous pulse, penetration of high-energy ions into the substrate of the previous layer, and surface activation.
