摘要
The influence was studied theoretically and experimentally. The friction properties of several kinds of material under ultrasonic vibration were calculated by means of finite element method, and the reason of friction reduction under the condition of resonance was also preliminarily analyzed, ln addition, experimental results show that the friction pair composed of tungsten carbide and 45# steel is an ideal friction pair for ultrasonic motor.
