The aim of the paper is to realize on the base of experimental investigations of contact heat exchange between a liquid and gas in a vortex barbotage apparatus of a local approach to result processing with usage of the nonstationary heat conduction. The motion of a bubble is considered and a semi-empirical calculation method is developed with account for the bubble stay in a rotating gas-liquid layer. A criterial relation is obtained for calculations of a coefficient, characterizing heat transport in a gas bubble within the framework of a model, based on the effective heat conduction coefficients.
