摘要
Alloys of niobium monocarbide in its homogeneity range with carbon contents varying at intervals of 1-2 at. % were produced. An attempt is made, on the basis of information obtained by X-ray diffraction of crystallites separated from ingots, to summarize data relating to ordering.
