摘要
The polymer light emitting diodes were fabricated using liquid metals as electron injection electrode. The comparison of evaporated Ca cathodes and liquid amalgam cathodes was presented. It was found that liquid metal cathodes in general have better characteristics, as evidenced by increases in brightness, efficiency and current.
