Two correlations have been developed, which make it possible to calculate the combustion efficiencyand air-to-fuel ratio on the basis of CO//2 and O//2 content in flue gases. A nomograph is presented, which enables one to perform the above mentioned calculations in a couple of seconds, using one movement of a ruler only. An example cited illustrates the use of this nomograph.
