摘要
The relative adsorption of titanium is 5. 61 multiplied by 10** minus **6 mol/m**2 in the range from 0. 2 to 33. 3 at%Ti at 1823 K. Application of the monolayer approximation shows that the surface concentration increases linearly from 0. 24 (mole fraction) at 0. 2 at% to 0. 5 at 33. 3 at%. The experimental results for Fe-C-Ti suggests the formation of TiC on the surface.
