摘要
Most industrial psychologists agree that there is no such thing as an unsuccessful safety campaign. Making them successful are two ingredients. One might be termed motivation, inspiration, or determination. The other basic factor is recognition of the individual. Both elements take a tangible form when a highly desirable premium or incentive is presented to the individual. Competition among workers can serve to improve safety records. Additional benefits include esprit de corps, better teamwork, and momentum carrying over when the campaign period ends.
