Films of YBa2Cu3Ox have been sputtered onto (001) and (1100 strontium titanate substrates, and annealed in oxygen to yield epitaxially orientated polycrystalline layers. Zero resistance is observed in the range 80-85 K, and critical currents have been measured in laser-scribed thin strips.
