摘要
Thermal interaction determines the adherence between the coating and the substrate, especially the interaction between the first layer and the substrate. The character of temperature field for electrothermal explosion spray coating is analysed. One-dimensional model of temperature field based on the character is made. The FEA program is used to simulate the thermal processes for a stainless steel substrate and a coating deposited on it. The evolution of the temperature is given with different times for the coating and the substrate. The effects of interface thermal resistance on the evolution of temperature and solidification are discussed. All these results are useful to understand the property of electrothermal explosion spray coating.
