摘要
The kinetics of coagulation processes of disperse-phase particles in a glow discharge space are simulated by solving systems of nonlinear differential equations based on Smoluchowski kinetic equations and replacement of the mass distribution spectrum of coagulating particles by a more discrete spectrum. The initial conditions, coagulation rate coefficients, and rate coefficients for generation and removal of macroparticles are determined from experimental data on the macrokinetics of evolution of a disperse phase in low-pressure plasma reactors. © 1999 MAHK Hayka/Interperiodica.
