摘要：

The kinetics of isothermal adsorption of particles onto particulate materials is analyzed statistically. The stochastic representation is capable of describing the adsorption-desorption phenomena of the interactions between particles of various sizes. The correlation between the adsorption capacity and the size distribution of particulate materials is investigated; this information is of fundamental importance in determining the initial condition of the subsequent reactions between adsorbed particles and the particulate materials.
