This report describes the structural features of some of the prestressed concrete buildings constructed in India during the last four years. This includes both precast and cast in-situ types of construction, using either the pre-tensioning or the post-tensioning method. Assembly halls, office buildings, laboratory and industrial complexes, and storage sheds are among the buildings included in the report.
