摘要
The dynamic fracture toughness of low alloy high strength steel is dependent on the temperature and loading rate in some range. With decreasing temperature or increasing loading rate the dynamic fracture toughness would be decreased. A quantitative relationship among dynamic fracture toughness, temperature and loading rate has been obtained by thermal activation analysis.
