摘要
The residual gas inside reed switches was analyzed using a mass spectrometer. It was found that the residual gas consisted of hydrocarbons, CO//2, O//2, SO//2 and SiF//4. The effect of these gases on the contact resistance characteristics of rhodium contacts was investigated. Surface films formed on the rhodium contacts were identified using an electron-probe microanalyzer.
