摘要
The latest trend in IC memories is toward larger capacity, higher speed, lower power consumption and higher functions. Presented is a description of the technical trend of DRAMs (including pseudo SRAMs), SRAMs and EPROMs with particular reference to the development trend of Japanese manufacturers.
