摘要
The emission characteristics of liquid-metal sources of ions (LMSI), Ga, In, and Au, situated at 0.3-0.34 μm from Cu, Mo, and Si surfaces, were measured. The observed relations between emission current, voltage applied to LMSI-tips, tip temperature and tip-substrate distance are described in terms of the proposed emission model.
