The laser action was achieved as a result of the initiation of chemical reactions in SF//6 plus H//2, SF//6 plus C//3H//8, and SF//6 plus D//2 mixtures by pulse CO//2 laser radiation. The emission spectrum was recorded and tuning was achieved by selecting one vibration-rotational transition in the range 3200-3700 cm** minus **1 in the case of HF and in the range 2450-2650 cm** minus **1 in the case of DF.
