摘要
Conductance (or current) control of switching regulators usually employs peak or hysteresis (e.g., LC3) controllers, the advantages and problems of which have been widely reported. This paper describes and analyzes the behavior of a simpler conventional pulse width modulation conductance control principle which has been used by ESA in space program. The chief advantage of this approach is that conventional integrated circuits and design techniques can be used, which simplifies the designer's task.
