摘要：
A description of a measuring instrument used for assessment of creep behavior of polymers is followed by mathematical-based theoretical considerations of processes taking place in amorphous plastics, attaining a flexural stage. Experimental results are presented and discussed. A study performed on rubber-like materials is also reported.
