摘要：
This paper shows in condensed form the modern measurement possibilities offered by data loggers. In particular, possibilities and problems in measuring with wire strain gages are indicated. The basic components of a data logger are described, and various possibilities of constructing such loggers are compared. The increasingly used constant-current feed method for wire strain gages is discussed in some detail. Some comments are made concerning criteria for data logger selection.
