摘要
An algorithm is set forth for optimal evaluation of the thermal state of a turbine blade and identification of the conditions of its heat exchange with a gas stream. Kalman filter and some relations for subsequent calculation of thermal stresses is used for this purpose. Examples and results of practical realization of the algorithm on a computer, confirming its effectiveness, are presented. The possibility of evaluation of the thermal state of stress of a turbine blade in different conditions of thermal changes is shown. This method uses experimentally obtained characteristics of its thermal state in conditions of a particular test-bed without additional telemetering.
