摘要：
The fundamental possibility of an experimental determination of radial velocity in the main volume of a vortex chamber with an intense twist is demonstrated. This is achieved by integration of the profiles of the longitudinal velocity component, obtained with a high degree of accuracy with the aid of a laser Doppler anemometer. Results of an investigation of the vortex chamber aerodynamics are presented. A comparison between the experimental and calculated data with respect to the radial velocity is carried out.
