摘要：

The author proposes a model of a distributed system in the form of an open inhomogeneous multiplicative queueing network with variation of the classes of requests. The distributions, means, and variances of the queues and delays of protocol traffic are obtained. Problems of optimization of the performance of the system and its elements are formulated and solved.
