摘要
This paper outlines mold temperature considerations which should be taken into account when designing injection molds for precision parts. The dimensions of the channels through which the fluid is circulated must be such that the rate of cooling of the moulding is independent of differences in the wall thickness of the moulding. The amount of liquid circulated should be so large that the difference in temperature between the inlet and outlet liquid is a minimum in the mould. The spacing between the cooling channels and the moulding surfaces should be selected as is shown. Temperature control equipment with adequate pump capacity must be used. The delivery head of the pump should be at least 30 m. If this requirement cannot be met, it is recommended that the channels be arranged in parallel. For figures see German text. ,
