摘要：

Aimed at the necessity of the virtual agile manufacturing enterprise modeling, this paper first elaborates the research situation on this field inside and outside the country. And then, from the point of the modeling view the research architecture and interrelated technologies of the modeling technology for the virtual agile manufacturing enterprise are discussed, which is intended to provide the theory guidance and model base to the establishment and operation of the virtual agile manufacturing enterprise, namely the future enterprise organization form.
