The 'home page' on the Internet is perhaps the only aspect common among companies and organizations. This virtual presence on the Internet is made possible by an Internet publishing and navigation tool called World-Wide Web (the Web or WWW). The present study is concerned with the establishment and maintenance of an internal home page. It is emphasised that the basics of home page design are not difficult to master and the rewards for time invested in learning can pay off in improved service to customers employing advanced technology.
