摘要
A technique was developed to modify vascular tissue with proteinreactive polyethylene glycol[PEG]-biotin for targeting of cells or microspheres using the biotin/avidin recognition system. The resultant technique can be used for cell therapy, drug delivery, or gene therapy to modified vasculature following a surgical or catheter-based procedure.
