A rapid gas-chromatographic method is suggested to determine isomers of hexachlorocyclohexane (HCCH), DDT, and its analogs for the control of experiments on insecticide adsorption by activated carbon. The method permits decreasing the volume of the analyzed sample, as compared to the known procedures, to 40-100 ml, excluding the drying stage of the hexane extract and the evaporation stage when determining HCCH. The detection limits for α-, β-, γ-HCCH and DDT are 0.01; 0.1; 0.025 and 0.1 ng respectively. The duration of analysis is 15-30 min, the error does not exceed 3-5%.
