摘要:
A compact electron accelerator based on a resonant Tesla coil with a double high-voltage storage line with a glycerin dielectric is described. The efficiency of energy conversion at all stages is analyzed. The accelerator, which has an electron energy of 150 kev, a current of 4. 4 ka, and a long life with a pulse repetition frequency of 0. 2 Hz, has been used to excite the gas mixture of excimer lasers.
