The process of hydrocracking of coal with an addition of crude oil residue obtained from atmospheric distillation is described. Fe plus Ni plus Co plus V catalyst was used, the components of which had been obtained from the ash formed after combustion of mazout or soft asphalt in heat and power generating plants. Among some other things, there are shown: the effect of the catalyst concentration, of coal humidity, of the load magnitude of the substrate by hydrogen, and of the process duration time, on the conversion rate of raw materials.
