The technological institute in St.Petersburgh has developed a new model to determine the state of plasticized polymer materials in screw channels of warm machines. This modelling has been described in detail. The new model, in contrast with previous models, does not relate the presentation of rheological characteristics of materials being processed to dependences between the stress of shift and the rate of shifting deformation. Several important technological factors have been taken into account. They include, in particular: thermal plasticity of polymer materials, high degree of anomaly of viscosity, the mutual effect of longitudinal and circulation flows in a screw channel.
