摘要
Application of frequency spectrum analysis as a tool for design, maintenance and quality control is explained and the ways to make predictive maintenance based on frequency analysis more cost-effective than scheduled maintenance are considered. The discussion focuses on frequency spectrum measurements for identifying maintenance problems, and resonance identification with mode shape analysis to assist in product design.
