The reflection spectra of epitaxial films of InP//xAs//ySb//1// minus //x// minus //y quaternary solid solutions with substitution in the anion sublattice were studied for the first time. Samples with high and low carrier densities were used. The cellular variant of the model of homogeneous displacements was employed to calculate the vibration spectra of these solid solutions. Throughout the investigated range of compositions the solutions exhibited three-mode behavior. The calculated spectra, obtained by approximating the vibration spectrum with one plasma and three lattice oscillators, were in satisfactory agreement with the experimental results.
