A comparative study on mixed dynamic routing techniques is presented. Both virtual circuit and datagram techniques are applied on voice-data networks and an extended analysis of the different performance parameters is made through adequate simulation techniques. Fairness strategies are also examined and the obtained results are discussed and evaluated.
