摘要
The advantages of the electrochemical heating of moving substrates range from the metallurgical possibilities offered by high heating rates (4000 degree C/s), to small plant size, simplicity, and low capital cost. Essentially, the technique establishes an electrical discharge between an electrolyte and the surface to be heated.
