摘要
It is established that it is possible to carry out the vapor-phase synthesis of boron-containing oxide glasses by using hydrothermal generation of the boron-oxygen monomers (BM) in the vapor-gas phase. The BM are capable of polymer-formation as a result of the polycondensation or polymerization from open rings and multiple bonds. One of the variants of vapor-phase synthesis is the thermally-induced grafted polymerization of BM on substrates made from silicate and aluminosilicate materials.
