摘要
A computerized electrochemical system has been developed for multiple site in vivo monitoring of brain catecholamines and their metabolites. The system is composed of a microcomputer, interface board, standard potentiostat-amplifier circuitry and an analog multiplexer which permits the use of sixteen working electrodes. A description of the hardware and software is given, and the results of system evaluation experiments are reported. Some in vivo applications are also described.
