摘要:
In this paper a linear, low-order, time-invariant and time-delay auxiliary system is proposed for linear, time-varying, large-scale system with delay by using comparison principle and V-function, whose derivative is discontinuous. Instability of linear, low-order, and time-invariant auxiliary system with delays imply the same property of the linear, high-order and time-varying large-scale systems with delays.
