The problem is considered on the effect of simultaneous action of a harmonic excitation and air flow on the amplitudes of vibrations and vibro-accelerations of a cylindrical shell filled with a liquid. A closed circular cylindrical shell was subjected to vibration tests. The shell was made of the sheet titanium alloy OT4-1.
